Our XS - XL sizing is used for relaxed fit items and is roughly: XS (Size 6 - 8), S (Size 8 - 10), M (Size 11 - 12) and L (Size 14 - 16) and XL (16).
Those who are tall, have broad shoulders or a large bust would generally go for the higher of the two sizing options in their size range. Similarly those who are shorter can generally go for the lower size option if in between.
