The Sofi Top is a timeless, work-to-evening-ready style crafted from a breathable printed ECOVERO™ viscose crepe with a soft, fluid hand-feel. This regular fit, long sleeve top features the striking Holte Print of abstract landscapes created by large brush stroke, designed in New Zealand. The piece is finished with a clean crew neckline, subtle volume in the long sleeves with button-up cuffs, and a back neck opening with concealed button closure. Designed to skim the body without clinging, the Sofi Top offers styling versatility for everyday to elevated wear.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres are recognised by CanopyStyle and EU Ecolabel certification as meeting high standards for environmental practice. This includes a low risk of sourcing raw materials from ancient or endangered forests, and the recycling of water and chemicals in the processing stages. In addition to closed loop practices, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ aim to minimise the risk of pollution, through the cleaning of water before it is returned to nature, and engagement with ZDHC guidelines for safe chemical use. According to Higg's life cycle impact assessment data, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres generate up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose.

Viscose is a man-made cellulosic fibre (MMCF), derived from wood pulp. It has a silk-like feel, fluid drape and comfortable breathability.

  • Green dry cleaning preferred.
  • Cold hand wash using eco-friendly detergent.
  • Do not machine wash (even on delicate cycle).
  • Do not soak, rub, wring or spin dry.
  • Drip dry in shade.
  • Warm iron on reverse.
  • 1cm to 3cm shrinkage in length will occur on the first wash.
  • Once ironed the fabric will relax and return
  • to original hand feel and appearance.

 

MAKER

We have been working with Jimmy Fashions since 2010. They are a smaller, independent supplier with a focus on design and quality, and this is one of our longest standing supplier relationships. With owner Jimmy Shen and his team working closely with our Design and Production departments, this family-owned business has grown with ELK and now supplies much of our woven apparel.

In early 2024, Jimmy installed rooftop solar panels on his factory, and estimates more than 50% of the factory's electricity to come from this renewable source. The factory also undergoes annual SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages.
